  • SIGN UP: We use an online sign up instead of a sign up sheet at the door. Please sign up on our website at AnchorEstateSales.com/signup on Wednesday 7/21 @ 9am if you'd like to be one of the first customers through the door. If you plan on coming by later in the morning then there's no need to sign up. For couples attending, please sign up separately.   ​

If you like the old stuff and don't mind some dust, then come check out our 2-day sale in Pleasanton this coming Saturday & Sunday!! The house dates back the the late 18oo's and is full of antiques & collectibles! Please take a look at the pictures and don't forget to read the TERMS & CONDITIONS and SIGN UP instructions. Please note that FACE MASKS are required to shop the sale for those who have not been fully vaccinated. AES staff will be wearing masks regardless. We are looking forward to getting back to normal and bringing these estate items to our customers!

No returns or exchanges. All sales are final and all items are sold "AS IS." Cash and credit/debit cards accepted. Please DO NOT bring handbags or any type of bag in as they will not be allowed. Please bring boxes.

Buyers are responsible for dismantling, packing & removing purchased items.
